To let a commercial property in England and Wales, it currently needs an EPC rating of at least E. The government intends to raise that minimum to C, and later to B, though the timetable has shifted more than once.
Improvements to commercial buildings take time, so acting early is sensible. An up-to-date EPC shows exactly where your property stands, and we keep track of the changing rules so you always know what, if anything, you need to do.
Read our plain-English guide to the rules →Accredited assessments for any commercial property, carried out promptly and lodged on the national register, with a clear explanation of your rating.
If your property falls short of the standard it needs, we identify the most effective improvements and re-assess at no extra charge.
For agents and managers, we audit an entire portfolio and then monitor expiry dates and regulatory changes on your behalf.
